Our latest story comes from Dobi, who is part of our Project Management team. No intro is needed. Enjoy reading what she shared regarding her home office experience so far :)

“Embrace the change” is the phrase that comes to mind when I think about the lockdown. I am a very sociable person and honestly before the situation with the CoVid-19 I have never spent more than one day working from home.

So, in the beginning, it was very unusual and sometimes even challenging to work while my daughter was taking her online classes in the other room. Eventually, it turned out that we are a pretty good team. Right around week two, she was able to go through her lessons quite independently and that allowed me to fully focus on my work projects. One thing I certainly noticed is a significant increase in productivity across the team. Somehow, it seems that we all work more consciously with more attention to detail and a “get-things-done” attitude.

My daily routine starts around 6 am when I wake up. After I get my early coffee, I do my workout — sometimes at home or I go to the park for my morning jogging. Around 8 am I am ready to start my working day. I enjoy eating fresh fruits and salads and my signature smoothy with chia and berries. I normally do not take my lunch and instead, I prefer to take a few short breaks which I often spend on my balcony with a nice view to the Vitosha mountain.

Finally, I wanted to share that I got used to the new way of working and living but I certainly miss the teams’ smiley faces and I am really looking forward to seeing them in person, hopefully soon.

Take care and enjoy the summertime!

A note from the team: Next time when we meet we want to try Dobi’s signature smoothy :)
